Responsibilities:
Drive sales by utilizing daily focus, product knowledge and use of prescribed selling techniques.

Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and considering the impact of all decisions/actions on the customer.

Assist management team with maintaining a visually appealing store by ensuring proper housekeeping, visual merchandising, and organization are kept to the highest standard.

Support in-store promotional and marketing events.

Ensure products are properly displayed and replenished as needed.

Adhere to quality, sanitation, and safety guidelines by following established policies, practices, and procedures.

Support compliance with all federal, state, and local laws to maintain a safe work environment.

Other job duties as assigned.

Education - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience - Top candidates for this position will have retail experience providing exceptional customer services and performing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

Special Requirements:
Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, sitting, crawling and lifting.

Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.

Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis.

The candidate has strong retail luxury sales experience, strong know how of Palm Beach Life style. The person can also be part of Trunk Show.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
